Have you ever wondered if you can possibly think clearly and sound sensible in those tense impending situations ? You know the  moments that are about  to happen shortly–that wind your anxiety up to a 10. The times that  usually leave you tongue tied,  having  not good answers and you end up feeling  frustrated.
